Checkpoint 53

Checkpoint 53 is a group of people who pray together for people’s needs and is the vision of Stephen Goonery based around Isa 53:3-5 through which God spoke to him and showed him that He wanted to release His healing power to people that might never come through the door of a church building.

Encouraged by this, Stephen has sought to go out into the communities and town centres throughout our region on a regular basis. He offers to pray for people and takes a note of their names so that he can pass them on to his support team who pray that God will intervene and meet these people’s needs.
