KC21 Cranleigh

KC21 Cranleigh is a dynamic church motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ.  We recognise that in these days, people are not searching for religion and tradition, but for reality and life in God.  Consequently, when the church meets together, we meet to share God’s life with one another, encouraging and equipping one another for God’s work.

We are seeking to be a spiritual people, dynamic in the out working of our faith on a daily basis, touching and changing the lives of those we meet day to day.  This is a journey that God is taking us on, and an exciting one at that!

We meet at The Arts Centre on Cranleigh High Street at 4pm on Sundays, except for the last Sunday of each month, when the church meets together in a house for what we call Breakfast Church.  Our meetings are informal, non-structured, but we seek at all times to be led by the Holy Spirit.  The key passage for the direction of the church meeting together this year has been 1 Corinthians 14:26 from The Message.  This reads:

1Co 14:26 MSG  So here's what I want you to do. When you gather for worship, each one of you be prepared with something that will be useful for all: Sing a hymn, teach a lesson, tell a story, lead a prayer, provide an insight.

We also meet in LIFE Groups throughout the week, continuing to encourage and strengthen one another through the word and prayer.

FUSION

We have a group for young people aged between 14 and 18 called Fusion.  Fusion is designed to meet the spiritual needs of young people, seeing them grow in God, and then in turn impacting others with a demonstration of a real relationship with God.  Fusion currently meets in a house weekly, alternating between Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Breakfast Together

specifically for ladies - bringing fellowship, encouragement, and outreach.

On the third Tuesday of the month, in the Bramley Village Hall, we meet together for breakfast where we have different speakers sharing particular subjects of interest with us, and where we meet new friends and chat with old over a sumptuous breakfast.  This has proved to be a special time for all of us as the presence of God is felt in a very gentle way.  For further information and booking, please telephone Juliet Peatling on 01483 891856.
